| Biography: | http://www.RichardBaughman.com ............. Richard is very excited to be joined up with the LA Scots after spending an incredible 2006 season with the amazing Jim Kilpatrick and the Shotts and Dykehead Pipe Band. Richard recently moved from New York City where he received his bachelor's degree in percussion performance at the Juilliard School and his master's degree at the Mannes College of Music. He currently lives in Los Angeles and is working on a doctorate in percussion performance at the University of Southern California. He would like to credit his musical inspirations mostly to his Mom, who started him in music, Jim Kilpatrick, Glen Velez, Paul Halley, Glenn Gould, and J.S. Bach. |
